Came for a late Valentine's Day dinner. Mostly street parking with the parking lot mostly 30 min only. The restaurant is small and quaint and bussin. We had the chef's dinner which was a 6 course meal. We also got the pork confit. Overall very pleased with the meal in flavor profile, as well as quantity. We probably didn't need the pork confit as we were pretty full. There is also a 21% service fee automatically included which supports the workers pay. Absolutely worth it as the service was amazing and each meal was brought out and described to us. So many highlights but the 4 must mentions were the starter which was a small tostada with avocado, scallops, and chili oil salsa thing. Amazing appetizer. The tetela with morel, quesilla, and peas were amazing. The peas were in an almost demiglaze type sauce that popped with flavor with each bite of the tetela. The yogurt dessert was so creamy and tasted like a cheesecake. The chocolate branches was so cool too with the berry sauce. The Dubai pistachio chocolate was also absolutely delicious. I wasn't a big fan of the endive but that's just me personally. Overall though, amazing experience and highly recommend for a special occasion.

Lilia Comedor is the favorite restaurant of our relatives in Portland and they insisted we need to try it. They had made a Chef's counter reservation for us. The service was incredible, Our server explained the options to us, we chose to go with the Chefs Dinner. They agreed to replace the Yellowtail with the Pork collar. We started with our drinks, I got the Abuelita, my husband got the Manzanilla. We both loved our drinks. The first dish was Honeyboat Squash Fritters, it blew our mind. I am not a big fan of squash, but loved the Honeyboat Squash Fritters. The squash was fried perfectly, topped with salsa verde, that was amazing and parmigiano reggiano. We next had Huitlacoche Enfrijolada, with house-made tortilla, bean adobo, crema, and cured yolk. This was amazing, we loved all the layers. We then had Seared Diver Scallop. They told us before we were served the scallops that they ran out of the greens it was served with and were replacing it. We were served a complimentary drink that paired well with the scallops while we waited for it. We loved the scallops and the green they came with, especially loved the harissa sauce that was on top. We then had the Pork Collar Carnitas, our last plate of savory food before moving on to desserts. The Pork collar was amazing, just fell apart with the fork. We also loved 2 different preparations of carrots that came with it. Our first dessert was a popcorn set custard, with caramel popcorn, chocolate pearls. We loved the entire dessert, the caramel popcorn added a fun element. Our second dessert was a native american frybread inspired flatbread topped with huckleberry jam, pecans, and served with buttermilk ice cream. We loved the ice cream, we finished it immediately. The flatbread was great, loved the huckleberry jam. Sitting at the Chef's counter was an amazing experience, we got to watch all the dishes being prepared. The chef served us all the dishes himself and explained all the dishes to us. One of our best meals and overall experience.

Portland's food scene never disappoints and this spot didn't either. First off, the service is incredible. The kindest, most informative, and attentive staff! You can tell they really love the dishes with their pointed perspectives and enriching storyline of ingredients infused in the dishes for the day! Now onto the food - delicious!! For a party of 2, it was recommended to order one dish from each section and share - great idea. - Camote Tatemado 5 stars and our favorite dish of the evening. Spicy and creamy sweet potato that was perfectly charred. - Honeyboat Squash Tlayuda 5 stars and such a fun and creative dish. Very filling too! - Pork Collar Carnitas 4.5 stars where the pork literally melts in your mouth. It parted and shredded perfectly with so much juice and flavor. Loved the pickled veggies on top! Overall, great and intimate space for a date night or small group out with friends. Definitely get a rezzy and enjoy!!

Special and unique dining experience at Lilia. My brother had been wanting to take me here and we had a great time. Excellent cocktails and small, but stellar menu with unique flavors and textures. Service was attentive and engaging and we appreciated the recommendations by our waitress. The quesadilla and oysters were amazing!
